8 Cards in 30 Minutes: Making More With Less

The natural progression from making 4 cards is 8 Cards in 30 Minutes. It’s easy, and you have a lot less left over card stock.

I like the way I can save card stock, and getting 8 panels from a single sheet of cardstock actually made a fun panel to work with! There’s just something about miniatures that make me smile, and look what kind of a bonus I realized:

What a great way to show off that new background stamp called “BIRCH”, eh? I cut the eight pieces from Pear Pizzaz, and then knocked the measurements of the white panels down by an 1/8″ top and side. Does math bother you?

If math will bother you, cut the Pear Pizzaz and white panels exactly the same size and trim the white ones down later. If math doesn’t bother you, cut your white panels 3-7/8″ x 2-5/8″ and stamp away! I embossed the white panel after stamping everything I wanted on it, using that great 3D embossing folder called “SUBTLE”. This set of 8 was an experiment as a teaching tool, and turns out I want to make lots more!
