Swirly Bird Friendship Cards

I don't know about you but I can't get enough of the Swirly Bird Friendship Cards we made in class last month.

During this weekend's Tax Free shopping here in Texas, don't forget to add on that bottle of Fine Tip Glue Pen. Don't be fooled by the name … it is a full bottle that will last a very long time.

We made these cards in my 4 Cards in 30 Minutes card class series where I taught my Card Corsage Technique. I was so busy cutting out the swirls for class I lost count and ended up with 16 extra card kits, so they went into the Greeting Card Organizer stamped with the #imBringingSnailMailBack stamp that I bought through special order at Bossy Joscie's shop. She can make anything!

I always tell my stampers here in class to "not make these cards hurricane proof" and that means … leave some things moving, free, unattached, and something to feel. These Swirly Scribbles were attached in two places on the left Swirly and made to hang over the white panel of 3-3/4" x 5" on purpose. Then, when it came to our attaching the Swirly on the right, all we attached was the part where the swirls came together in a thick spot. That Fine Tip Glue is STRONG!
