Quick and Beautiful Handmade Birthday Cards

If you need Quick and Beautiful Handmade Birthday Cards, you can’t get any easier than these. Score and cut your card stock and get your Big Shot out.

Cut the main layer 4″ x 5-1/4″ and run it through the Big Shot using the new Cottage Floral 3D embossing folder.

I wanted a layer popped up to keep from having to hand snip out the leaves, so I cut a sheet of card stock 4-1/4″ x 11″ so that I could cut a lot of these rectangles with the Stitched Rectangle dies.

After die-cutting the rectangles, I used the Healing Hugs stamp set because those “distINKtive” images are so realistic that I wanted to capture roses for Birthday Cards.  I stamped the leaves in the lower right corner of the rectangle and take a look at it! No technique needed, just ink up and stamp and you’ll get the varied image automatically!

I don’t normally hand snip out images, but these roses were so beautiful, I stamped a dozen of them on the thick Whisper White card stock and popped them up on Dimensionals. I popped the rectangle up on Dimensionals too, so this has quite a bit of texture.

Can you believe this embossing folder is a FREE item during Sale-a-bration?  Item number 149698 can be added as a Salebration reward for any $50 purchase, so buy what you need to make these cards:
