How To Avoid Coloring: distINKtive Stamps
Using “distINKtive” stamp sets is another way that we can avoid the time consuming coloring. As I’ve mentioned before, I love coloring, have nothing against it, and it has it’s time and place (Ecclesiastes 3). At the start of 2023, I began dedicating some of my teaching time to my Dandelion Society card makers. Last year’s Online Class on “4 Cards in 30 Minutes” has been very popular with them. So much so that they are sharing where they have challenges with Time Management, and I totally get it!
I, myself, found that making 16-24 of one card design just doesn’t allow me the time to color. On the 25th of each month, I focus on making not just 4 cards, but more. During those crafting sessions I get my Kitchen Table Ministry cards made, Thank You cards for my customers, and at least 8 more to have on hand throughout the next month for those events that call for an immediate drop in the mail.
As my focus is in Card Ministry, I am featuring a series called Avoiding Coloring for those Kitchen Table Ministry participants. Nature’s Prints includes an eclectic mix of organic and botanical imagery as well as various elegant sentiments perfect for all-occasion cards. Remember how much fun Forever Fern has been? This stamp set, Nature’s Prints, gives us a GREAT ginkgo-like image and sentiments. And look at the fonts! Click this image and ADD TO CART to buy this $25 stamp set.
With Card Ministry, a sentiment for “sympathy” and “thinking of you” is used often. “You’re On My Mind” is a wonderful alternate statement that works so well for sending a follow up to the big sympathy wish at, say, family member dying or loss of a pet. Please consider adding this $25 CLING stamp set to your next order and remember to use this month’s Host Code. For your convenience, click this button any time in the month, and the Code will be automatically added to your order for you!
