Basics Needed To Get Started
In today’s post, I want to go over the Basics Needed to Get Started with rubber stamping art. Yes, ART!
Cards, gift tags, pretty packaging, memory keeping (scrapbooking), and more, what we are creating is art, and we all have our own style.
That said, there are plenty of products that I consider essential and I use them every day. The first thing you will notice is all the different kinds of adhesive. Yes, they are all essential because you don’t want your projects to ever fall apart!

What you don’t see here, but still need, is double-sided tape. I have a hard time trusting tape runners, but a combination of double-sided tape and glue dots on the corners is a winning combination.
Also, something you don’t see here is a handheld stapler. I LOVE to use a stapler to attach ribbon, and to attach my heavier Card Corsages. You can either keep the staple showing as an element in your art, or hide it.
