Make a Jig With Post It Notes
I wanted to mask off the back of the cards for this project, and ended up making a jig with Post-It Notes at the same time!
I like it when stamped images go off the sides of the card face, but what about the mess? I make my cards laying flat after scoring, not folded.
So I laid my card on the studio counter instead of a grid paper underneath and lined up a 4×6 Post-It along the score line. I stuck the note to the counter instead of the card and placed another note off to the right so I could stamp there too.
See how clean the edges look then? Using this jig, I was able to stamp 8 cards quick and easy!
The linen thread is tied around the strip of Designer Paper after it's adhered with the Washi Tape, and the 'Friend' die cut piece holds it in place with two Stampin' Dimensionals.
What do you think about that Watermelon Wonder ink color?
